Following my review on the ab app; this app also appears to have had an update and now the videos pause half way through and adverts have started popping up in the middle of programs. Please fix this ASAP

It's a great training app, but it's unfortunately outdated and not taken care of. The high side plank left/right instructions don't play anymore and, in general, these daily workout apps have not been updated in over 4 years.
